With a cinematic style that complements the melancholic tone of the song, the video brings the lyrics’ themes of the past, present, and future to life. One poignant scene features a young man playing the piano, with an older man and a child entering the frame—symbolising the interconnectedness of past, present, and future. The narrative unfolds like a delicate, emotional story, grounding the idea that we are all performers on the stage of our own lives. The video beautifully symbolises the connection between generations, urging viewers to cherish the fleeting moments that define our existence.
The song itself carries a tender message about appreciating the present and cherishing loved ones. Lyrics like “call your mother,” “hug your lover,” and “tell your daughter you love her” remind us to hold on to meaningful relationships. The song also speaks to the uncertainty of life with lines such as “Teruskanlah menikmati sisa hidup mu” and “Hari hari yang lalu tak akan lagi menghantui dirimu,” encouraging listeners to embrace the now and let go of regrets.
