Delegates from Malaysia, Brunei, Sri Lanka and Mozambique attended the two-day executive level session in KL, Malaysia. Brands from a spectrum of interesting industries attended the two day exec level brand sessions. These included brands operating in financial services, telecoms, power and more were present in the room.
The two days were guided by our Strategic Brand Canvas. This takes delegates through structured nine-stage brand plan creation process that starts with detailed customer profiling right through to brand performance management.
This was the first time we’d run the session in Malaysia and it seemed to go down quite well:
