1. Johor Bahru Old Chinese Temple.
Johor Bahru Old Chinese Temple known as Old Temple by the locals, is a Chinese temple located in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Located at Jalan Trus, the temple is flanked by modern skyscrapers. This temple is one of the oldest structures in the city and become the symbol of unity among five Chinese ethnic groups of Teochew, Hoklo (Hokkien), Cantonese, Hakka and Hainanese people.
2. Tan Hiok Nee heritage Street.
Taking its name from a Chinese merchant who was bestowed the title “Chinese major” and then datukship, Jalan Tan Hiok Nee has transformed into a heritage arena with trees lining up both sides of the about 250-meter long street. Also known as Johor Bahru’s Heritage Food Trail – This street is refurbished to commemorate the heritage of the Straits Chinese and Malays. Some of the buildings and shophouses are kept in their original state. There are some old famous food shops and newly opened hipster cafes around here.
3. Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque.
It is the state mosque of Johor, Malaysia. Located along Jalan Skudai, Johor Bahru, the mosque was constructed between 1892 and 1900, under the direction of Sultan Abu Bakar.

The Arulmigu Sri Rajakaliamman Glass Temple is a Hindu temple in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. It is also one of the state’s tourist attractions. The temple was listed in the Malaysian Book of Records as the first and only glass temple in the nation. The temple, one of Johor Bahru’s oldest Hindu temples, is situated next to the railway tracks between Jalan Tun Abdul Razak and Jalan Mohd Taib (or close to the Tebrau Highway). It started in 1922 as a simple shelter on land presented by the Sultan of Johor.
