As the Year of the Rabbit hops into 2023, all of us at Malaysiakini would like to wish everyone – our readers especially – a very happy Chinese New Year.
The Year of the Tiger has continued to be a difficult year not just for Malaysians but for the whole of humanity.
Let’s hope that this lunar new year will see our beloved nation and the world re-emerge from restrictions imposed due to Covid-19. Until then, we must continue to observe health SOPs and stay safe.
It has been our privilege and pleasure at Malaysiakini to serve you for yet another year in building a better tomorrow.
We will be working with a skeleton staff over the next few days, recharging our batteries before returning to the fray.
