Element Kuala Lumpur’s TRACE Restaurant & Bar, located on the 40th floor, unveils a new dining concept this February: a 10-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu aptly named A Skyscraping Rendezvous! This indulgent session spans approximately 90 minutes, promising a casual, relaxing weekend afternoon filled with culinary flair.

Blending elements from Western, Malay, and Chinese cuisines to harmonize with the discerning Malaysian palate, the tasting menu offers a gourmet adventure with a medley of delights such as a vibrant Niçoise Salad in a Jar, the Salmon Mosaic, the Creamy Spinach Scallop Rockefeller, the “Daging Harimau Menangis”, the Smoked Chicken Roulade, Almond Peach Tart and Strawberry Mousse, Berries Coulis and Cinnamon Gelato.

Priced at RM238 nett for two persons, A Skyscraping Rendezvous: 10-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu is available from 12:30pm to 3pm every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. Advance reservation of minimum 2 persons and at least 1 day prior is required.

Four Points By Sheraton Chinatown

Experience a reunion feast that is truly Sichuan at Four Point’s Sichuan Kitchen! With its vibrant and ageless interior that sets the tone for an easygoing yet stylish dining scene, Sichuan Kitchen introduces authentic flavours this Chinese New Year, curated with bold touches of its Sichuan native chef.

The restaurant boasts a variety of cosy seating with five private dining rooms ideal for intimate to grand gatherings. Whether it’s the cult-favourite ‘hot pot’ set or the traditional set, shared moments are promised all the same during the festivities. The Chinese New Year Dine-In Set is available from now until 24th February with two time slots: 12pm to 2:30pm or 6:30pm to 10pm.

Choose between two ‘hot pot’ sets priced at RM158 and RM198 per person with a minimum pax of two, and two Private Dining Room set menus priced at RM168  and RM198 per person with a minimum of six pax. Additionally, a la carte selections are available for Salmon Yee Sang from RM118 nett, and Poon Choi Treasure Pot at RM888 nett with two savoury styles to choose from.

Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur On The Park

Wok Star, the elevated street dining restaurant at Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur, invites patrons to indulge in a star-studded celebration with its Celestial Prosperity 5-Course Set Menu. Inspired by Kuala Lumpur’s rich cultural heritage and Chinese New Year traditions, Executive Chef Ahmad Zaim has curated a contemporary menu to please your palate.

Highlights include the “Abundance Delight” starter, Prosperity Hot and Sour Soup, and three premium main course selections featuring Dragon Snapper, Roasted Chicken, and the pièce de résistance, Golden Poultry; before the gastronomic journey is concluded with the decadent “Blossom Citrus” dessert.

Wok Star’s Celestial Prosperity 5-Course Set Menu, available until 24th February, is priced at RM328 for 2 pax and RM888 for 6 pax, with RM145 for one additional pax. The Chow Kit
