Lamb Chops are not a common sight in Malaysia Street Food. This was an exception on the island of Langkawi (which straddles between the border of Thailand and Malaysia).By far, I think this is one of the best lamb chops I have ever had. It had the perfect garlic seasoning, the right amount of black pepper sauce, the perfect texture and no gamey smell!
