Don’t forget to check out the discussion boards (http://pages.ebay.com/community/boards/index.html) which cover everything from photography, store ownership, HTML and shipping to category-specific topics such as antiques, coins, jewelry or electronics. At first some of these boards might seem a bit forbidding, and there is some flaming going on, but overall there are full of friendly and helpful individuals. Just lurk around for a while before posting.
Another great resource are the online workshops (http://pages.ebay.com/community/workshopcalendar/current.html) which cover many of the technical and design aspects related to eBay stores.
