I also use a bullet journal but also notion to help keep up with my daily, weekly, monthly goals/to dos. Bujo definitely gives me that freedom of drawing out my ideas or quickly jotting things down, similarly notion is so quick to be able to note something if I can't reach for my journal or if I'm in a meeting, etc. I loved watching this and hearing how you use things to organize your personal & business goals/plans! I'm a big fan of figma for product design so I will have to check out figjam!!

Doing a newsletter via Patreon may be a good option. This would give you a bit of versatility and you could add different tiers for different information <3 When people update the pateron, the members automatically get an email notification.

I get overwhelmed with notion, I use clickup for my client work management but have started both hobonichi cousin and bullet journals to help sort through the tangled thoughts. I still get overwhelmed by it all, but it’s better than ruminating and forgetting 😂

Just what I needed 🙂 Still have one question though: How do you incorporate recurring tasks (especially boring ones, but also all others – think bookkeeping but also producing content etc) in your planning? My ADHD brain craves some routine with that but is also heavily repelled by it and so I tend to not do them for a long time and then hyperfocus and spend days to get it all done. And then that cycle starts again and it just feels all over the place. Also because I don‘t actually have all such tasks spelled out somewhere (too boring to write down, I guess?) 😅 I know every brain (also every ADHD brain) is different, but for me, it helps to ask other neurodivergent people how they do it because they may use a strategy I haven‘t heard / thought of or tried yet. Insights from other fellow followers and nd people is also appreciated, if someone would like to share 🫶🏻
