While Nubia just recently released the Focus 2 in Malaysia, its higher-end sibling, the Focus 2 Ultra, may not be far behind. The Ultra model has made an appearance on the SIRIM database, signalling an imminent launch in Malaysia.
The Focus 2 Ultra was listed on SIRIM with the model number Z2463N on 24 March 2025. It gets a better screen compared to the vanilla model along with an improved imaging setup with a rotatable lens around the camera island for zooming and a customisable slider on the side.
It sports a 6.8-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak HDR brightness of 2,800 nits. Underneath the chassis lies a Unisoc T760 chipset with support for 5G, NFC and unspecified versions of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Aside from the zoom dial, the camera module is made up of a 50MP main camera, an unspecified ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP front shooter. Powering it is the same 5,000mAh battery but with support for faster 33W charging. The phone also supports the brand’s Live Island 2.0 feature as well as its AI tools such as Magic Eraser and Conversation Translate.
