Alongside the new Find N3 Series, OPPO today officially launched its Pad 2 tablet as well. The device originally made its debut in China earlier this year and was even spotted in the SIRIM database back in March, though it would actually take seven months for it to finally see a release for the global market, as well as in Malaysia.

Since it has been a while, here’s a recap of the company’s second generation tablet. For starters, the OPPO Pad 2 features an 11.61-inch LCD display with 2800×2000 pixel resolution, a high refresh rate of 144Hz, 500 nits peak brightness, and a tall 7:5 aspect ratio. Additionally, the screen supports Dolby Vision HDR, 1.07 billion colors, and is certified by TÜV Rheinland to meet its Low Blue Light (Hardware Solution) standard. Also onboard are a total of four speakers which support Dolby Atmos and face unlocking.

Under the hood, the Pad 2 is equipped with a flagship, albeit dated, MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. For the local market, the tablet will be shipped in a single memory configuration consisting of 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1. Meanwhile, powering it is a 9,510mAh battery with 67W fast charging support via USB-C.

Apart from that, the tablet supports up to Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 and is running on ColorOS 13.2 based on Android 13. For imaging, found on its back is a lone 13MP camera with autofocus, while up front is an 8MP selfie shooter with fixed focus. Despite all of the features mentioned above, the tablet only has a thickness of just 6.54mm and a weight of 552g.
