Although, there are many factors, which dictate, whether, and how quickly, a particular house, will sell, and, hopefully, for the best possible price, in the shortest period of time, with a minimum of hassle, the location, and initial, listing price, are often, the most significant. With that in mind, I have created, what I refer to, as the RICH IDEAS, approach, to pricing a house, to sell, and, do so, with the best, overall terms, etc, Therefore, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, review, examine, and discuss, what this means and represents, using the mnemonic approach.

1. Right price, from the start: Many homeowners, appear to falsely believe, the higher, they list theit home’s price, the higher, will be the selling price, they receive. In fact, the reality is far different, because, in the vast majority of cases, houses, which are listed, at the right price, from the start (when originally, place on the real estate market), get the best results. Base this, on an understanding of the local market, mortgage interest rate trends, competition, and, how, a particular house, compares with others. In my, over a decade, as a Real Estate Licensed Salesperson, in the State of New York, I have witnessed, times, when offering a house, below market value, as well as, other instances, when pricng it, in the middle of the comparables, has been the best approach.

6. Delve deeply; determine; discover: Fully discuss, how your representative, determined the listing price, and discover, the reasons and rationale, behind the strategy, by delving deeply, into your best options.

7. Empathy; emphasis; excellence: Great agents, consistently, effectively, listen, and learn, what their client’s goals and priorities, are, and, proceed with genuine empathy! When this determines the emphasis, you begin the process, going, in the finest direction!

Attitude; aptitude; action; attention; articulate: Since the real estate transaction period, often has stresses, and strains, it’s important to maintain a positive, can – do, attitude, combined with a relevant aptitude, and skill – set.
