I went in the #morning to have a #massage in the amazing Bali-style #spa place called Alun Alun. It was done by a lady from Bali 🙂 so nice to reconnect to the #energy in Malaysia 🙂 I love both places so much. It brought so much #relief, #relaxation, and #rest to my #nervoussystem and extra #space in my head, #lettinggo of #thoughts and #emotions. I love the #serene, #wooden style #decor with #calm #atmosphere dimmed #light, #soothing music, and the #aromatherapy #oil they use. I chose #backmassage but there was a #feetmassage included in the deal too. It was with the use of #essentialoils. After the massage, I received a #tea and a cup full of #carrots 🙂 I could stay in the #garden section and just rest, and #enjoy the #moment for a while. The #comfort and #harmony of the place beamed with #healing #positivevibes #positiveenergy that I took with me and shared further with my partner and the world. Terima Kasih! Thank you! Dziękuję.

I promised myself to come back to Langkawi again for a week #spa #holiday with my Mama Narcyza one day 🙂 for a #healing and #selfcare time.

My #morning #breathing #exercise and time to be with #nature – in the #garden, amongst #green #trees, and #flowers, sitting, standing #barefeet on the ground, breathing #fresh air, and feeling #sun rays on my #body. # #goodmorning :), a #healthy way to #start the #day in search of #internal #balance. I really #enjoy morning #yoga in this little garden in front of our #hotel house by Cenang Beach in Malaysia. We live in a small area with #palm trees, close to the #beach but away from the road. It is super #peaceful anytime, very #friendly people that we became #friends with. The owners give us freshly picked bananas from the tree, cats come around to come and say good morning, and there is also a small chicken that was adopted by the hotel because the owners left her…I made sure I gave them some food! Actually got some cat food in a local shop and some seeds for the chicken. I feel like I am living in my small #village #community 🙂 The hotel is super #affordable we decided to stay longer! The staff suggested going to #explore local nature, hopping island #boatrip, local #temples, #sightseeing ideas, and help to find transport. With lots of #peaceofmind #peace and #calm I start to #enjoy the day. Malaysia is the most #peaceful place we have visited in 8 months! These people really have #peace within them, #pray to #cultivatewhatmatters it in their own way, live amongst #nature, cultivate #open #relationships, and be #humble. We even became friends on Instagram with the Malaysian girls working there. I wanna say that it was the most #healthy place I stayed at while #traveling, #respectful, with #great amenities, #good wifi, and even food delivery if necessary. I will definitely come back! Hope to bring my Mama and girlfriend’s tribe over there next time, as next door there is a super chilled-out #spa Alun Alun.
