TechLife Pad Neo To Arrive In Malaysia Soon

TechLife, the low-budget sub-brand of realme, seems to be preparing to launch a tablet dubbed the Pad Neo. First introduced in the Philippines back in November, it offers modest specs with a wallet-friendly price tag that undercuts the Pad 2 lite.

While the sub-brand has yet to officially announce the arrival of the tablet in Malaysia, numerous local retailers have already listed it for sale or pre-order, confirming that it will indeed be available here soon. According to the retailers, the Pad Neo will retail at RM599 with an 8GB+256GB configuration.

As for the specs, the Pad Neo is equipped with a 10.1-inch 1280×800 LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 300 nits. Internally, the affordable tablet runs on a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, an upgrade compared to its Filipino counterpart, with support for Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

On the imaging side of things, the tablet is fitted with a 13MP camera on the back and a 5MP sensor up front. Powering it is a 6,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. For audio, it comes with dual stereo speakers.
