I think if Mexico legalizes weed there should be a 5 million-dollar application fee. A ten million dollar application acceptance fee. And then a 100 million dollar fee to be allowed to purchase land for growing. Not including the price of the land.. and if they're able to pay that too easily will add a zero to the end of each. They owe taxes for the last 40 years.
