🇲🇾 Just two hours south of Kuala Lumpur is the UNESCO Heritage town of Melaka (Mallacca) and we accidentally had the PERFECT day here.
Apart from the stunning architecture, street art and the friendly locals we also got experience what we think is the BEST night market it. Malaysia, Jonker Walk.
Melaka might not be on your radar or your Malaysia Travel Itinerary yet but it definitely should be!

Thanks for this wonderful video n for showing your explorations in Melaka.
The street art feature first started in Penang and later all over Malaysia and then other parts of Southeast Asia.
Been to Malaysia. It's different from other parts of Asia in that it is very developed compared to Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia.
U guys must try peranakan cuisine, chicken rice balls and asam pedas. U can also visit kampung morten and Portuguese settlement.
I've been to Melaka 10 years ago. It was beautiful. I think not many things changed ever since.
당신들의 여행은 멋집니다. 공유해 주셔서 감사합니다
Sri Vijaya, majapahit kingdoms do hv influence here before Europeans came here to conquer.
Portuguese , Dutch, English, Japanese, English in that order
Correction longan and lychee are separate fruits.
Butterfly pea flower is used in nyonya peranakan dishes
People go to melaka to buy antiques too
If you can't handle spicy food be careful when trying asam pedas. But my preference would be the chicken rice balls and nonya cuisine. There's a famous cendol shop beside the rive, you should try it. Malaysians love almost anything with salted egg. Maybe you should try ordering rice with a side dish of prawn or chicken with salted egg. Usually they soak duck egg in salt brine thats why its called salted egg.
I didn't know you two were going to Melaka. If you tell in advance on YouTube there must be someone who can show you around the city of Malacca. The temple you are visiting is actually one of the oldest in Malaysia and is located on Harmonious Street, so named because there are Chinese Temples, Hindu Temples and Mosques that have been scattered and nearby since hundreds of years ago.
2 kilometers from Jonker Street, there is another Dutch Defense fortress located on St John's Hill. At the bottom of the hill about 300 meters there is a Portuguese village of the original generation that once colonized Melaka in the 15th century. There is a food court that serves old traditional Portuguese cuisine. The special thing is that these people interact using the ancient Portuguese language that is no longer used by modern Portugal. . They speak Malay and English too.
Not far from A Famosa there is actually a restaurant selling what we call Nasi Ayam (Chiken Rice) which is popular to travelers. You should also try Nyoya Baba's food, which is Chinese from the generation of Admiral Cheng Ho in the 15th century. It is not the same as Chinese cuisine that has been modified in the way of Malay and Indian cuisine, it is more original.
Don't forget to try out the Nyonya Baba food in Melaka. It's a must try!👌
Welcome to my hometown!
Melaka is really beautiful place. You both looks amazing 👏. Wonderful views . Keep it up 👍
Le top du top 👍 974
I've been in melacca before I love it
Enjoy the place guys take care❤🇵🇭
Longan and lychee are 2 different kinds of fruits.
the “salted egg roll” that you had actually is a very old chinese pastry. the name given from the place was misleading. it should call “salted egg pastry”. the pastry filled with sweet lotus paste and salted egg yolk in the middle. one of you favorite.
