It’s no secret that Dato Seri Vida loves her luxury items – from expensive handbags to even more expensive jewellery. Recently, the media personality revealed that she’s also fond of luxury hotels, giving fans a tour of her favourite suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Dato Seri Vida, known fondly as DSV, recently took to social media to share a look into the presidential suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. According to the entrepreneur, she frequently books the suite, calling it one of the best rooms to visit when she has to stay the night in the city. In the video, she also showed a handwritten card from the hotel manager, welcoming her back to the luxury establishment, which confirms this isn’t her first time there.
Before heading into the bedroom, Dato Seri Vida takes a quick break in the living room, munching on the various treats prepared by the hotel. The rest of the video shows her walking around the grand hotel room, touring the other rooms. Despite having all she could ask for, Dato Seri Vida said she needs the room to smell certain way in order for the place feel like home; thus starts spraying each room with her favourite perfume.
In her video, Dato Seri Vida shared that the room costs RM30,000 per night – and she’s not exaggerating. A quick search on the Four Seasons website showed that a night at the presidential suite averages about RM22,000 (at time of writing), and prices could fluctuate. Interestingly, Dato Seri Vida’s video didn’t show the entire room because the available floor plan reveals that the suite is more luxurious than suggested.
Regardless, netizens can’t help but express awe over the 53-year-old’s favourite hotel room. Many said they’re jealous that Dato Seri Vida could easily book a RM30,000 hotel room. Others said a night at the 5-star hotel is a well-deserved reward for the ever-busy businesswoman. However, some noted that an RM30,000 room seemed excessive and that Dato Seri Vida’s home appeared more comfortable.
