It seems even children of the royal family aren’t spared from being embarrassed by their parents. Recently, Her Royal Highness Kate Middleton, formally known as Catherine, the Princess of Wales, released a touching video to announce the completion of her chemotherapy treatment. However, in the video, it was her daughter, Princess Charlotte, who caught netizens’ attention with her retable expression.
The video showcases the Windsor family spending time with each other during the summer. Through the video, the public got a peek into Prince William, Kate, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis’ private days as Kate spoke about her cancer journey through the voiceover. At one point in the video, Prince William leaned in to leave a kiss on Kate’s cheek, showing his affection for his wife.
However, it seems his children weren’t too impressed by the move. As pointed out by netizens, Princess Charlotte put on a face of disgust upon seeing her parent’s public display of affection. While the moment was brief, many royal fans were left amused by the young princess’ relatable reaction. Some even joked that the child of the Prince and Princess of Wales can feel disgusted by their parents kissing in front of them.
On the other hand, the video ushers a wave of warm messages for Kate Middleton and her cancer journey. Many congratulated her on her recovery, expressing hope to see her get back to her royal duties as soon as possible. As the video gave fans a rare look into the family’s private time, some also thanked the public figure for sharing the video filled with intimate moments of her with her husband and children.
While Princess Charlotte’s amusing reaction in the video caught many people’s attention, the video showed us the bond that the royal family has. We’re also happy to hear that The Princess Of Wales is recovering well – and we send her our best wishes for her health and safety.
