GOT7 (갓세븐) member Jackson Wang (王嘉尔/잭슨) recently opened up about the harsh realities of the entertainment industry and how it affects stars. In a heartfelt tweet, the global superstar expressed his support for fellow team member BamBam (뱀뱀/แบมแบม), who has been candid about his struggles with his physical and mental health over the past few months.
Yesterday (1st October 2024), BamBam posted a single tweet sharing a YouTube audio link of Justin Bieber’s “Changes,” sparking concern among fans and fellow celebrities. The song’s lyrics resonated deeply with BamBam’s current situation, causing worry among those following his recent updates, which included a post that wrote, “I’ll be gone for good; 2025”.
In response, GOT7’s Jackson Wang directly replied to the tweet, offering supportive messages and his thoughts on the pressures of the entertainment industry. “Be in a place where you feel appreciated, and don’t forget who you are,” Jackson advised. He followed up with another reply, reassuring BamBam that he is deeply loved by his fans. “Your audience loves you, you’re the reason,” he concluded, offering heartfelt support.
Amid the whirlwind of concern, fans were relieved to see the “LAST PARADE” singer recently spotted in his home country, Thailand. He made his first public appearance after the concerning updates at Bangkok International Airport, where he was warmly greeted by his brother. Fans are hopeful that being with family will help BamBam find comfort and regain his well-being.
