You haven’t seen Jalan Alor like this! Jalan Alor is a famous lively night market located in the Bukit Bintang region of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Each evening, food vendors set up their stalls and restaurants along the entire stretch of Jalan Alor (Alor Street) and serve visitors a variety of delicious foods and drinks late into the night. Cuisines range from Malay to Indian to Chinese and more, with a variety of tropical fruit stands, plenty of durian sellers, and drinks ranging from freshly made fruit juice to Tiger beer.
During our walk through the market, we tried Chinese BBQ pork buns, traditional Malaysian style grilled vegetables, and durian ice cream! On top of all the delicious food, the live music, sparkling lights, and welcoming Malaysians made Jalan Alor such a charming experience for us.
