Malaysian fuel prices March 2025 week one – all unchanged; diesel at RM3.18/litre, RON97 RM3.43/litre
It’s Wednesday, and so it’s time once again for the weekly fuel price update, with the ministry of finance having announced the retail price of fuels for the coming week of February 27 to March 5, 2025.
No change in the retail price of petrol and diesel in the coming week, and so they remain as they were from last week, with RON 97 petrol priced at RM3.43 per litre and Euro 5 B10/B20 diesel grades at RM3.18 per litre. As such, Euro 5 B7 diesel, which costs 20 sen per litre more, stays at RM3.38 per litre.
No change of course to RON 95 petrol, which stays at its ceiling price of RM2.05 per litre, as set by the Malaysian government in February 2021. The retail price of diesel fuel in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan continues unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.
These fuel prices will take effect from midnight tonight until Wednesday, March 5, when the next set of fuel price updates will be announced. This is the ninth edition of the weekly fuel pricing format for this year, and the 320th in total since the format was introduced at the start of 2019.
