Satay is best defined as seasoned and grilled meat served with peanut sauce on “lidi’ sticks. Satay, a traditional Malaysian food was created in the year 1917. It is cooked with a traditional method and is even marinated traditionally. Satay varies according to the countries of South-East Asia and each country has its own satay style and recipe. Craving for satay? Fret not as you can find satay at any street-side hawker stall to fancy restaurants, and even at most events. Satay is favoured by everyone and anyone, as it is irresistible and mouth-watering. This presentation video proves why satay represents “ the taste of Malaysia”.
