NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Final Specs Reportedly Confirmed

While NVIDIA may have supposedly pushed back the launch of its RTX 5060 Ti to mid-April, it has also allegedly provided board partners with the full and final specifications of the GPU.

According to Videocardz, the site claims that it has fished out the final specs of the RTX 5060 Ti and based on that, the details seem to match earlier rumours. Firstly, the card will supposedly be built using the GB206-300 GPU, and have 4,608 CUDA cores, to be used across two variants. By that, the card will actually be available with 16GB and 8GB GDDR7 graphics memory.

Both RTX 5060 Ti models will also use a 128-bit memory bus, with a bandwidth of 448GB/s. Further, the base and boost clock for both models are supposedly set at 2.4GHz and 2.57GHz, respectively. For power, the card is expected to ship out with a 180W TDP for both variants, 15W higher than the RTX 4060 Ti.

Again, NVIDIA is reportedly planning to launch the RTX 5060 Ti mid-April but again, we have reason to believe that it could launch both this card and the non-Ti variant at the end of May, simply because that’s when Computex 2025 starts.
