Okay guys so before any business is launched and open to the public, there’s massive planning and preparation that goes into it. Being that a barbershop is a fairly simple business. So the business plan will be fairly simple. The purpose is really to narrow down on details about the type of business you want to have, operating costs, gross and net projections, marketing, etc. It’s like writing up your game plan and how you will execute the game plan.
