Serenity combined with the tasteful aroma of coffee in the morning is a divine combination we need to find our inner peace. We’ve seen cat cafes, anime-themed cafes and even reptile cafes, but a cafe in a temple?
Petaling Jaya’s newest cafe, 37 Degrees Cafe, introduces a temple-themed ambience where you can find a selection of coffee and sweet treats. This unconventional cafe also welcomes pets on its premises, so you and your furbabies can bask in the calm surroundings while sipping on crafted coffees.

Crossing between Western coffee to spirituality, the cafe aspires to be a quiet sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city. Their motto strikes, “Thirty-seven degrees is the perfect temperature, and it’s also the life rhythm we want to share“.
The cafe offers both outdoor and indoor seating. Its outdoor seating is an open space backed by the intricate architecture of the temple and shaded by a few standing umbrellas. Step inside and customers can enjoy the cool air-conditioned space for a nice cool down from the heat. No shoes are allowed on the premises, and seats are arranged on woven tatami mats in traditional Eastern style.

Pair the quiet sanctuary with their beverage menu, which features a selection of fusion coffees, such as the Yuzu Americano, with hot steaming chrysanthemum tea. Light bites are also available to pair with their crafted beverages, such as thick cookies and bagels.
Want a new venture for the next it spot? 37 Degrees Cafe is a must-visit for all cafe hunters and coffee enthusiasts.
