Power dialers are very much like fax messages or email. Message templates are available for both and can be made before a list is actually called. When a sales representative offers to send a fax or email message, he can automatically select a template on his computer. This is then sent with very little manual work on the sales agent's part. When it comes to supervision, the old method requires that a manager or supervisor to constantly check on his team to see if everyone is actually working or going through a list. The use of power dialers would not require much supervision as the work that the agents must attend to is just a single, continuous flow.

Power dialer software has many advantages. It is a tool that can save time for most sales or customer service representatives. What used to be an extra time spent on going through call lists and manually dialing each could now be time spent on actual selling. Every company should have one to ensure a high level of productivity in staff.
