It will also help to estimate your cash flow and profits among many other important things. A customer agreement form is an important form you can use to protect yourself from being sued if a problem arises on the job. This form basically states your company terms and conditions and makes the customer aware of their responsibilities before you can start the job.

“Children and pets should be kept away from the work area while the work is in progress (safety) and after exterior surfaces are washed or stained.”

This form explains how your company pressure washes various surfaces such as vinyl siding, gutters, driveways, roof treatments etc. You can list the benefits of what your company offers in the company cleaning process. For example, you can explain how you use safe chemicals and how you apply them in a safe manner that prevents damage from being done to the property.
Another important sheet you should use for your pressure washing business is an invoice sheet or proposal form. When you estimate a job you need to place all of the important data on a professional looking invoice form so the customer understands what they are getting and why you are charging a certain amount. Important information such as the square feet or linear feet of an area a customer needs pressure washed, price of chemicals, and price per linear or square foot should be placed on the invoice sheet.
You and the customer should have a signed copy of this form after the job is complete. Your customers will appreciate that you took the time to make measurements and carefully explain what your pricing rates are in the business. It is one thing you can do to make your company more professional than your competitors.
An estimate sheet checklist is another form you should use when doing job estimates. This form simply helps you to remember to check important things commonly overlooked. For example, checking the water availability and pressure if you are using in-house water supplies, or making the necessary pre-inspections to avoid being blamed for damages that were already on the property.
One of the most important forms you will need is used when placing a bid for commercial work. A bid needs to look professional and have all of the job requirements and measurements carefully laid out. It needs to have your contact information such as full name, phone number, fax number, company address and website. It needs to explain exactly what work your company is responsible for and explain in detail your company’s terms and conditions. It should explain exactly what you are required to pressure wash so both parties are on the same page. A thorough bid template will help your company avoid any unpleasant surprises after you’ve already started the job.
