Every employee dreams of being recognised by their boss after putting in the long hours and tireless effort. Whether it’s a much-needed vacation or a generous bonus, workers truly appreciate any form of additional reward. This not only boosts morale but also fosters loyalty and motivation within the team, inspiring them to continue performing at their best.
Recently, the boss of a Chinese company took employee appreciation to a whole new level. A screenshot of a message from Mediastorm’s CEO to his employees has gone viral on Chinese social media platforms, announcing that he would be gifting every single employee, even the interns, the soon-to-be-released iPhone 16 Pro.

The viral text, shared by one of the employees, read, “As usual, everyone will be given an iPhone 16 Pro. It doesn’t matter if you’re an intern or a new hire, as long as you’re with the company at this time, you’ll receive one. The company will also be covering any related taxes, don’t worry.” In a surprising update, the CEO also announced that employees would also receive the Apple Watch Series 10 alongside their iPhone 16 Pro. This added another layer of luxury to the already impressive list of rewards.
For your information, this isn’t the first time Mediastorm has treated its employees to such extravagant gifts. In fact, this marks the third consecutive year of the company’s nobility. Back in 2022, employees were gifted iPhone 14 Pros, and last year they received iPhone 15 Pros. A video shared last year also revealed that the employees received a box filled with tech gadgets, snacks to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, and branded clothes.

Naturally, the comments under the viral post were filled with envy, with many jokingly asking if the company was hiring. Others praised Mediastorm for its generous appreciation of its employees, commending the company’s commitment to staff recognition.
