Another week, another whirlwind of totally EXTRA events! We were here, there and everywhere!

We took a deep whiff of Armani Beauty’s latest fragrance, popped-up at Furla’s latest pop-up, and more. We were on the scene, and vibing like a boss! Just check out our social diary for this past week (don’t be jelly!):


Armani Beauty Sì Passione Pop-up

Passion is perfume – the scent that makes your heart beat.”

Introducing Sì Passione, the new eau de parfum from Armani Beauty presented in a new refillable flacon in a gradient of flaming red with Hollywood starlet Sadie Sink as the face of this latest campaign. Sì Passione is all about celebrating today’s women, who follow their heart and dance to the beat of their own drum. The magnetic pulsating jasmine beautifully encapsulates the passionate woman with a strong sense of purpose.

We dropped by the Armani Beauty Sì Passione Pop-up at Mid Valley Megamall to experience the new fragrance for ourselves, and boy do we love it! Check out the highlights of our visit:

Furla F/W 2024 Collection Pop-Up

In celebration of their latest Fall/Winter 2024 collection, Furla launched a quaint pop-up at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The newsstand-inspired pop-up features a range of attractions, including a coffee stand and photo booth, so guests and shoppers can grab a cup of joe and share their memories with Furla.

At the forefront of the pop-up is Furla’s latest collection, which celebrates simplicity but never the ordinary. The new collection includes pieces with timeless silhouettes, perfect for the autumn and winter months. Furla’s F/W 2024 collection is now available at Furla stores across Malaysia.

Lovet‘s First Pop-Up In Malaysia

Secret Recipe x Wunderbath Collab

Secret Recipe and Wunderbath unveiled their exciting new creation collab – a limited-edition Chocolate Indulgence Lip Balm – at 1Utama Shopping Centre, and we were there to enjoy the proceedings. The partnership combines Secret Recipe’s famous fan favourite – the Chocolate Indulgence cake – with Wunderbath’s high-quality, handmade cosmetics, and we love it!  

Evelyn Marieta, founder of Wunderbath, invited us to get hands-on experience by participating in the Wunderbath Lip Scrub and Mask Workshop. We were provided with numerous ingredients, including the Belgian chocolate and white chocolate exfoliant, to create our own lip and body scrub. With its heavenly scent filling the air, she guided us, step-by-step, in creating our scrub with love and care. We were even invited to decorate our scrub with glitter, oats, and tiny hearts. Visitors can get their own Chocolate Indulgence Lip Balm at Secret Recipe by purchasing any four cake slices or a whole cake, so don’t miss out on this limited-edition creation!

Rhythm Of Deepavali @ The Curve

The Curve is celebrating the Festival of Lights with its Rhythm of Deepavali campaign. During the launch, we indulged in a delicious feast of authentic Indian cuisine at Macha & Co., featuring tandoori chicken and lamb curry. Our visit continued with an exclusive cultural dance performance and a saree-draping demonstration, immersing us in the spirit of the festivity.

Running until 3rd November 2024, the campaign offers a variety of exciting activities such as a Masala tea-making demonstration, Rangoli competition, and storytelling sessions. Head to The Curve now to make this year’s Deepavali celebration even more vibrant!

Light Up Deepavali @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil

We were invited to join Pavilion Bukit Jalil in bringing the Festival of Lights to life by celebrating its joyous Light Up Deepavali celebration. Dazzled by the vibrant decor, we were offered a cup of latte from Verona Hills upon arrival, before being ushered to join in on the Rangoli Sand Art workshop. The event continued with performances by the students of University College Sedaya International (USCI) and a fashion show as well!

We were then witness to the unveiling of colourful kolam made with love by the students of USCI. Head to Pavilion Bukit Jalil to get a taste of Light Up Deepavali today!

Pinktober Afternoon Tea @ InterContinental Kuala Lumpur

We experienced an exquisite celebration of hope and community support with InterContinental Kuala Lumpur and the Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA) recently. In conjunction with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, ICKL and BCWA partnered up for the Pinktober Afternoon Tea, now available at the OneSixFive Lounge until the end of October. 

During the lovely tea session, we got to hear from the association and breast cancer survivors and learn what the public can do to aid in their mission to fight breast cancer in Malaysia. We also tried our hand at making our own LUSH bath bomb. Each purchased set includes a complimentary Signature LUSH bath bomb, and a portion of the proceeds will go towards the BCWA’s efforts to provide support and resources to breast cancer patients and survivors in Malaysia.

Warner Music Fest 2024 Press Conference

Warner Music Malaysia is gearing up for the highly anticipated Warner Music Fest 2024, set to tour eight universities across the nation, marking its 11th edition. This year, the festival will not only return to its roots but also make its debut in Sabah and Sarawak, showcasing the country’s top music talents. Sponsored by Perfume Paradise, the event promises electrifying performances by popular artists like Amsyar Leee, Bunga, and Zynakal, alongside exciting meet-and-greet opportunities for fans.

Kicking off on 3rd November in Kuching, the tour will span several states, concluding in Batu Pahat on 10th December. Managing Director Dinesh Ratnam emphasized the festival’s role in nurturing local talent and connecting with youth, fostering a vibrant music culture in Malaysia. With an impressive lineup and engaging activities, Warner Music Fest 2024 is set to be a landmark event for music enthusiasts across the country.
