Huawei will be unveiling the launch of the Mate XT, a tri-fold phone that is set to be released on 18 February during their launch event in Kuala Lumpur. The launch coincides with the introduction of their new sports-friendly FreeArc TWS earphones, set to be unveiled during the same launch event.
The presentation of the FreeArc TWS earphones was teased in a video on X, showcasing the earphones over-ear fit, with its C-bridge structure and rubber ear-straps. This feature makes it lightweight and comfortable for prolonged usage.

The earphones are marketed towards sports-enthusiasts, with features that make it suitable for various sports activities. It is IP57 water and dust resistant, has a secure ear fit, and a long battery life of up to 28 hours on a fully-charged battery. Other specifications include a 17x12mm driver unit for bass, increasing its sound intensity.

Huawei is also allowing the earphones to be booked through a Japanese crowdfunding platform at a price of JPY 18,800 (~RM549). Its Malaysian pricing is not confirmed yet, though it is likely to be revealed during its launch on 18 February.
