Earlier this year, local star Juztin Lan (刘界辉) suddenly announced that he and now-ex-wife Queenie Ong (王浈琳) have divorced after only four months of marriage. Since then, the two avoided interacting with each other, but Juztin’s recent social media post have garnered fans’ attention.
On 5th December 2024 (Thursday), the actor shared an image of him and Queenie on his Instagram Stories. The image was of them holding hands, taken during their trip to Japan earlier this year whilst they were still married. Along with the image, Juztin also shared a message to thank his ex-wife for her dedication and support during their relationship. Before splitting, the pair were together for five years.
The message wrote, “I think we have left each other with beautiful memories. There are many compulsory courses in life, and the results may not be perfect, but I hope we can take what we learned during this time and continue to walk our future life journey well. We have graduated from this class, thank you. Let’s all work hard, and we will all be fine.”. It’s unknown what prompted the actor to share the message, but it’s believed he was reminiscing the past year.
Juztin and Queenie dated for five years before tying the knot in March 2024. However, a few months later, there were rumours of marital problems after Queenie deleted all images of her with her husband from her Instagram account. After public speculation, the pair officially announced their separation but assured fans that the divorce was amicable and that they were not on bad terms.

The singer’s social post is reportedly the first public mention of his ex-wife since the split. However, the former couple has also been openly communicating on the platform recently, with Juztin responding to a comment from Queenie on a video he posted earlier this week. This interaction implies that the two maintained a friendly relationship despite their abrupt separation.
It’s a rather refreshing sight to see a divorced pair show respect to each other after their split. We hope more ex-couples can learn from this, and we wish Juztin and Queenie all the best in their respective future.
