To mark their historic 50th anniversary, Franck Muller, the renowned Swiss Master of Complication Watchmaker, has launched two limited-edition timepieces that combine horological innovation with rock legacy, providing collectors with a timeless tribute to an unparalleled musical journey.
The AC/DC 50th Anniversary limited edition timepieces, crafted from polished stainless steel and black brushed titanium, embody precision craftsmanship and Rockstar charisma. They are housed in a stylish VANGUARD 43 mm tonneau-shaped case with an automatic movement and a 6 o’clock date window.
Every part of the piece honours the band with subtle details that only a dedicated fan would know. The dial features Franck Muller’s signature numerals in red, a lively tribute to AC/DC’s legacy. At the very centre of the piece is an engraving similar to a vinyl, reminiscent of the band’s debut album “High Voltage” from 1975. Alongside that are guitar string-inspired imprints that pay tribute to Angus Young.
Beneath the AC/DC logo is the complementing “50 YEARS” tagline, celebrating the band’s golden anniversary in style. At the same time, the deployant clasp is adorned with the iconic lighting bolt while providing a firm fit.
The one-of-a-kind timepiece comes in a flight case inspired by AC/DC’s iconic stage presence, making you feel like a travelling rockstar yourself. These timepieces capture the essence of rock flair and represent the band’s legendary live shows and tours.
